At Jewelry, we want you to be completely captivated by your new piece. If you are not entirely satisfied, you may return or exchange your item within 30 days of delivery provided it is in its original, unworn condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the item you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Place the jewelry in its original velvet box and protective packaging to ensure it remains secure and scratch-free during transit.

• 3.
  Attach the Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid insured shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our gemologists inspect the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
